Trav loves sports, but baseball is definitely his absolute favorite! And he has been a dedicated Toronto Blue Jays fan since childhood. So, naturally he was very excited for the Jays first game of the season!
Trav was at work for most of the game, but rushed home to catch the end. It wasn't looking so good for the Jays, but then we remembered to put on Nellie's new Jays scarf! And BAM! Things started to turn around in the game! The game went to 16 innings...the longest opening day game in baseball history!
Travis kept calling it her "Rally scarf!"
We think she looks like Captain Blue Jay in her new scarf...it looks like a little cape!
Travis and Nellie enjoying the Jays first victory of the season! :)
